The Whole Bible Study group has been meeting for several years studying scripture, discussing and sharing ideas, and getting to know each other. On April 22nd, we will be using a book new to us as our guide to studying scripture, “Womanist Midrash” by scholar, Wilda C. Gafney. This will be the best time to join us. We meet twice a month on Zoom, Saturday mornings from 10 – 12.
“Conversations with Scripture” is a new Bible study that is happening on Zoom, Tuesdays, 7pm, beginning April 25. Using the 3 senses method of study (literal, historical, and prophetic), we will carefully study one book of the Bible at a time beginning with Mark’s Gospel using the Anglican/Episcopal series “Conversations with Scripture”.
