Fellow Wine Enthusiast and Outreach Supporter!
St. Clare’s Outreach Commission will be selling wines on August 28 (For various reasons, we must purchase the wine in August so ALL forms must be sent to Susan (sevett@internet2.edu ) by August 24.). The wines are listed on this Order Sheet; items on page 2 of the Order Sheet, listed as “By Case Only,” are NOT included in mixed cases! Each wine is available by the case; in addition, we also offer three different mixed cases:
- Full mix (6 red/6 white wines)
- Red-only mix (3 of each of 4 red wines)
- White-only mix (3 of each of 4 white wines)
The price for each wine reflects a tax-deductible contribution of $60 to the work of the Outreach Committee; this $60 and every dollar over the price goes directly to support our work in local outreach projects. When making your order, please remember that many in our community are facing significant challenges during this pandemic, including partial or complete job losses / reduced incomes, ongoing housing challenges, health care restrictions and reductions, as well as major food insecurities. We hope to raise at least the $11,000 we raised last year — your generous donations help us reach our goal. Please get your orders in early – we must place our order with the distributors by August 24, so we are requiring ALL advance orders by Sunday, August 23 to ensure the proper amount of wine is ordered. In this time of social distancing, we will place and receive all orders via email or phone and appropriate arrangements for pickup will be made to suit the current CDC guidelines.
