20th Anniversary of the Endowment Fund

On Sunday, January 19, we celebrated the 20^th Anniversary of the Endowment Fund when the Endowment Board hosted a special coffee hour. Endowment Board members, Mac Dick and Steve Lozano (Chair) recognized the donors and good works of the fund. The Endowment Fund was established at the 2000 Annual Meeting with unanimous support from the congregation. The purpose of the Endowment Fund is to create a vehicle to which lifetime gifts, bequests, and transfers of property may be made to enhance the ministries and outreach work of St. Clare’s now and into the future. Projects from 2019 include (1) the upper hall display monitor, (2) renovations to the Rector’s office, (3) mission banners for the sanctuary, and (4) the Workshop entitled “How to Disagree Respectfully.” Contributions can be made by year round by designating Endowment Fund on the gift.
