For 50 years the Genesis Corporation has had eight members on its Board of Directors. The Vestry in its May meeting, along with Temple Beth Emeth, approved a change to the Genesis bylaws to increase that number to 10 members, with five members from each congregation. Therefore, we must hold a special meeting of the congregation to elect a St. Clare’s representative to fill the new seat. The Vestry nominated Mark Davis-Craig to fill that seat for St. Clare’s, and the congregational meeting will be held after the 10:30 service on Sunday, June 21.
