St. Clare’s Vestry consists of 12 adult members (age 16 or older) who participate in planning, goal setting, fiscal oversight and sharing ideas and hopes for our church community. Vestry members are elected at the January annual meeting by the congregation. Four members are completing their terms in January of 2026. Vestry terms are 3 years with monthly meetings (primarily via Zoom) and a retreat in February. Vestry members are expected to attend the biannual tri-board (Genesis, TBE, SC) meetings and may take on additional tasks as the work of the vestry warrants. The Nominating Committee is inviting anyone interested in serving on the vestry to get in touch with either Barbara Beaton (barbarabeaton1@gmail.com, 734-780-4441) or Susan Draffen (susanhjones4@gmail.com, 734-478-0775). Other members of the committee are Mary Lu Barth, Knut Hill, and John Prensner. Parishioners are also welcome to nominate another person (with their permission).
