St. Clare’s rents out the two rooms on the upper floor of the Wisdom House, the proceeds from which go toward maintaining the house and to our Outreach fund. One of our long-term tenants, a therapist, is moving out, so one of the rooms is available for rent as an office space. There is a shared waiting room and bathroom. The rent is $490/month.
