September 10 is Super! Survey! Start-the-school-year! Sort the data! Saint Clare’s Ministries! Sunday
(In other words, a whole bunch of great things are happening on Sunday, September 10, and I kind of figured out how to make them all start with “S.”)
First of all, vestry will be sharing reflections on our congregational survey and the vestry’s Mutual Ministry review.
Also, it’s our fall kick-off Sunday: our programs for children and youth will begin.
In addition, we’ll have people collecting data to round out our database transition and make sure we have the correct emergency contact and communication preferences for everyone.
And finally, we’ll kick off our September Ministry Fair! September 10 will be “Worship with Joy” Sunday. There will be a representative at coffee hour of all the groups that help us to worship with joy together (Altar Guild, Lectors, Music, etc.). You can learn more at each table and even sign up for something new. (September 17 will be our “Grow in Faith” Sunday, and September 24 will be our “Act for Justice” Sunday.)
