A few weeks ago, some of the younger members of our congregation (including Chloe, Anna, Teddy, and Rowan) attended Camp Chickagami in Presque Isle, Michigan! Our kids returned with rave reviews for the program. Chloe is determined to go for another week!
Anna shared her thoughts with us, “The counsellors were great. They were fun and energetic, and easy to talk to. I loved the pranks. One time Cabin Eve put a canoe in Cabin Rebekah, and played Baby Shark and threw goldfish, as if they were in the water. The songs were fun to sing. The food was delicious and all of it was homemade.”
Teddy concurred, “The food was amazing. The banana pudding was definitely my favorite. Waterfront was fun— that’s when we swam in the lake. The pranks were pretty fun too. Someone took our door off its hinges.”
