The Church of the Messiah in Detroit is looking for partners, volunteers, and community members to help with a clean-up project. From 10:00 to 1:00 on October 30, they will be cleaning the Historic Frederik Chambe Mansion, which the church plans to use it as an incubator space for resident-driven and locally-led small businesses. Volunteers are asked to arrive a few minutes early so that the group can get their supplies and a friendly welcome. Trash pickers, trash bags, beverages, and light lunch will be provided.
