St. Clare’s seeks a Christ-centered, creative, and loving individual to fill a contractual position of Program Coordinator for Children and Youth Ministry. This ministry will focus on the development, engagement, and care of our children, youth, and their families, with the goal of assisting them to strengthen and grow in their Christian faith.
The Program Coordinator will provide leadership and vision for our ministry to children, youth, and their families at St. Clare’s. Responsibilities include oversight and support of an existing parish-wide ministry to children and youth, volunteer development, budget accountability, curriculum review, and teaching.
This is a temporary, contractual position for 10-12 hours per week that will include Sunday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and other times during the week as needed, depending on the demands of this ministry. It will begin August 1, 2021, and will continue through December 2021, with the possibility of it being extended until June 2022. Salary commensurate with experience and education. A background check and Safe Church training will be required.
