Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Outreach Commission Request for COVID Relief Donations. Through your generosity, we raised $3,630 which will be distributed evenly among the following organizations that are providing much needed community services during the ongoing pandemic.
- Friends In Deed: Offering two program areas that help stabilize families in crisis, and a third program that focuses on building community to end poverty.
- St. Peter’s Episcopal Church of Detroit/Corner Shower and Laundry: Providing safe and accessible public toilets, hand washing, shower and laundry facilities in Metro Detroit for the homeless and others in need.
- Community Action Network – Bryan Community Center: Working to provide food and basic resources, out-of-school educational support (which includes daily social-emotional wellness checks and exercises), and to continue to cultivate a safe community within our neighborhood spaces.
