October 25, 1 to 4 p.m.

Our glorious Michigan fall is upon us.  While we may dread the winter, the color and fragrance of a brisk fall day are a blessing to be treasured. Every year we ask congregants to celebrate spring & fall by spending a few hours tending to our shared outdoor space. Raking, trimming, spreading fresh compost and mulch are great exercise and a satisfying way to spend an afternoon in shared camaraderie. It goes without saying that this year is different. While we’re craving the activity and in-person social interaction, at the same time we know we must be vigilant, wear masks and social distance. There’s plenty of room to spread out around the grounds.

All ages welcome. Come for the whole time or drop-in as it fits your schedule. We’d love to see you!  Please bring your own clippers, shoves, rakes and gloves. Wear warm comfortable clothes and MASK-UP! A restroom will be open for one-at-a-time use during the cleanup.

Thank You,
