I am pleased to share the news that the bishop has given us an intern, Kelly Scheu, who is in the ordination process to become a vocational deacon. She will begin September 8. Her call is to outreach ministry and taking the Good News of the gospel out into the streets. She will be with us at least through the school year. She comes to us from St. Barnabas. I know that you will welcome her with your loving spirit.
