A dinner/auction fundraiser will be held on June 6 to raise money for the Back Door Food Pantry. The event promises great food and fellowship and intends to raise money for our Back Door Food Pantry through an auction. Think about what you might contribute as auction items (e.g. time at a vacation spot you have access to, UM sports, musical or theater tickets, hand made baby or children clothes, a nice art or craft or antique you can part with, baskets of items assembled around some theme, a skill you can donate, cooking for a dinner party, delicious baked goods or toffee…..). Expect to be contacted by outreach commission members in the next month or two to solicit donations for the auction. Meanwhile think about what you would enjoy contributing to the effort.
